Building a Better Tomorrow for all

To build a sustainable future where everyone can have a respectful living, it is necessary to make all members of the society, especially the youth, skilful so that they can fit into this competitive world.

Preparing for the Future: To build a sustainable future where everyone can have a respectful living, it is necessary to make all members of society, especially the youth, skilful so that they can fit into this competitive world. Currently, there are three sorts of training given at Smile Learning Centre. From the start of our training courses in March 2022, we have already trained more than a hundred school and college-going students, youth, and women in different work-oriented trades.

Swing Training: We provide three months long basic swing training at our premises. Almost all beneficiaries of this course are village women. After completing the course, we help these women set up a small business so that they can contribute to improving the financial condition of their families. By October 2023, more than half of a hundred women have been trained by our dedicated instructors.

Foreign Language Training: In this era of globalisation, learning an international language is necessary to have a better job. At present, we are running a Basic English Language Course, especially for the school and college going students. This course is not only helping in their academic study but also future careers.

We are planning to start advanced English Language Training as well as Arabic language training courses as many young men of the community we work with go to Middle Eastern countries for work.

Computer and IT Training: To keep up with this era of modern technology, it is essential for everyone to learn about computers and other information & communication technology. At the moment, we provide Basic Computer Training for students and young men & women. People can also enrol in our Advanced Computer Training as well as Basic Graphic Course. We are also looking to start other IT-related courses that enable these students and youth to get better onsite and remote (freelancing) jobs not only at home but also abroad.

Empowering Women: Most of the women of Bangladesh are not involved in any financial activities even though they are half of the population. We help village women to build self-employment opportunities such as donating sewing machines that can be done from home. This initiative enables these women to become economically independent as well as contribute to their families. This economic solvency also provides them with decision-making power in their families and society.

Supporting Small and Medium Businesses: To ensure sustainable development in the socio-economic conditions of poor people, it is necessary to make them self-sufficient in earning their livelihood. We always try to help small and medium businesses with financial, business counselling and other sorts of support. In this way, we not only help the direct beneficiary of our initiative but also other individuals by creating employment opportunities through these businesses.
