Ensuring Access to Healthcare for a Happy Community

We have established our headquarters of Bangladesh operation in a remote area so that we can be more connected with the sect of people for whom we are working and are able to understand their necessities. Two of the main reasons for people being deprived of treatment in Bangladesh are: (1) living in remote places and not having enough financial ability to bear the high cost of healthcare facilities.

We believe that to have a happy life, healthcare facilities should be easily available to all. Therefore, we have taken various initiatives to ensure people’s right to treatment.

Friday Clinic: With the help of a number of doctors, who devoted themselves to humanitarian causes, we run free medical consulting sessions for people, who are unable to afford the cost, every Friday at our premises. We also provide free basic medicines to them. Furthermore, we continue our endeavours to minimise the cost of other medicines for financially struggling people by discussing with authorities, local medical shops, and distributors.

Medical Camps: We conduct medical camps from time to time in different places far from our main premise so that we can reach a vast number of people by providing them with free medical treatment. Thanks to the doctors who voluntarily joined our medical camps. Without their active support, the whole operation would be pretty hard to conduct.

Surgeries: We always try our best to stand by the side of those who need help to get their urgent surgeries done to get rid of critical health issues. We try to bear the cost of these surgeries as much as we can within our limited resources and capabilities. With our support, more than a hundred people are able to return to their normal lives from various severe health issues.

Tele-medicine: The access to the internet to the People from villages and remote areas of Bangladesh is becoming more obvious nowadays. For this reason, we are considering starting a telemedicine service free of cost by making a platform or system where doctors and the poor can easily be connected in a matter of time via the Internet.
